Welcome to Ashlee Megan Design. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our interior design service and it’s presentation ("Presentation") provided to you ("Client") either in person or via online platforms. By agreeing to purchase an interior design service, you agree to these Terms. 2. Accuracy of Measurements •The Client is responsible for ensuring that all measurements provided are accurate and up-to-date. Ashlee Megan Design is not liable for any discrepancies or issues arising from incorrect measurements. •We recommend that the Client double-check all dimensions and verify them in person or with appropriate tradespeople prior to making any purchases or modifications based on the Presentation. 3. No Warranties •Ashlee Megan Design provides the Presentation based on the information and measurements provided by the Client. We do not offer any warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the designs. •All design recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the Presentation and may not be suitable if circumstances change. 4. Limitation of Liability •Ashlee Megan Design is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or reliance on the Presentation, including but not limited to issues related to design suitability, product compatibility, or installation. •The Client assumes all risks related to the implementation of the design recommendations and any associated costs. 5. Design Recommendations •The Presentation may include recommendations for products, materials, or services. These recommendations are suggestions only and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of quality. •The Client is responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing or using any recommended products or services. 6. Intellectual Property •All content provided in the Presentation, including but not limited to designs, images, and text, remains the intellectual property of Ashlee Megan Design. •The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Presentation for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Ashlee Megan Design. 7. Confidentiality •The Client agrees to keep all aspects of the Presentation confidential and not to share or disclose any part of it to third parties without prior written permission from Ashlee Megan Design. 8. Changes and Cancellations •Any changes to the Presentation after delivery may incur additional charges. Requests for changes must be submitted in writing and will be addressed at Ashlee Megan Design’s discretion. •Cancellations of the Presentation request may result in a refund or partial refund, subject to our refund policy. 9. Governing Law •These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Presentation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia. 1. Refund Policy At Ashlee Megan Design, we strive to provide high-quality interior design and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services. 2. Cancellation and Refund Requests •Cancellation of Design Presentation Request: If the Client cancels the request for the interior design presentation before the design work has begun, a full refund will be issued, less any administrative fees that may apply. •Cancellation prior to Presentation delivery: If the client cancels after the design work has been started but prior to delivery, a 50% refund will be issued. •Refund for Completed Presentation: Once the Presentation has been completed and delivered to the Client, no refunds will be issued. 3. Satisfaction Guarantee •Design Revisions: If the Client is dissatisfied with the Presentation, they may request revisions. Revisions must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery of the Presentation. Revisions will be made at the discretion of Ashlee Megan Design and may incur additional charges. •Scope of Revisions: Revisions are limited to changes within the original scope of the Presentation. Significant changes or additions may require a new agreement and additional fees. 4. Refund Eligibility •Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where Ashlee Megan Design has failed to meet its obligations as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Such circumstances must be documented and communicated to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. •Refund requests due to dissatisfaction with design recommendations, changes in Client preferences, or issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the Client will not be eligible for a refund. 5. Process for Refund Requests •Submission: To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request detailing the reason for the refund and any relevant supporting information to ashleemegandesign@gmail.com. •Review: Refund requests will be reviewed by Ashlee Megan Design within 7 days of receipt. The Client will be notified of the decision and any applicable refund amount. •Issuance: If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take 5-7 days to appear in the Client’s account. 6. Non-Refundable Items •Certain services or items, such as consultations, administrative fees, or any additional work beyond the scope of the original Presentation, are non-refundable. 7. Changes to the Refund Policy •Ashlee Megan Design reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client, and the updated policy will apply to all future transactions. 9. Discretionary Cancellation and Refund •Right to Cancel: Ashlee Megan Design reserves the right to cancel the Presentation or any part of the service at its sole discretion. In such cases, the Client will be notified, and any fees paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded. •Discretionary Refunds: Ashlee Megan Design also reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion, even if the standard refund conditions outlined in this policy are not met. This may be done to resolve disputes or under exceptional circumstances deemed appropriate by Ashlee Megan Design. 10.
